This requires configuring an email account and a list of recipients. The list can be manually created or imported from various types of files, like TXT, CSV, XLS and so on. Creating a new email account requires entering the SMTP server, the username and the password. The program includes a demo email account and a demo recipients list, for making it easier for a user to get familiar with the application, when using it for the first time.

After the wizard is complete, the user can start creating the actual email message. This can be done using a wide range of text editing tools and the user can even add media elements to the body of the email, like images or video clips. Emails also support attaching files to them. After a message has been created, the user can send it immediately to every recipient in the list or he can save it as draft, for using it later on.
